Property Guardian Service
Property guardians are hand-picked, and carefully vetted individuals chosen to temporarily live in your vacant property. Through legal occupation of the property, our Guardians act as a deterrent, protecting buildings from vandalism, theft, squatters, and general disrepair. Our Guardians are young professionals and key workers, who require cost-effective living solutions close to their place of work.
Preventative Maintenance
We provide our clients with up to date information on current regulations. We also ensure their property has minimum standard requires, e.g., smoke alarms, CO2 alarms, fire packs etc.
Property Inspections
We will carry out inspections on your vacant property to ensure it remains secure and structurally sound, ensuring you are meeting your insurance requirements. All inspections are reported electronically and can be sent at the time of inspection.
