Chimney Repair
We carried out a drone survey of a roof on a vacant building, and we found the chimney to be in total disrepair. It was becoming a safety issue to the public and allowing a serious amount of water ingress. Together with our skilled contractors, we were able to rectify the issue safely with minimum disruption. Old chimney was dismantled & disposed, allowing us to rebuild a fresh new chimney stack and render on completion.
Garden Maintenance
A neglected garden can be very unsightly, but it can also be a breeding ground for rodents. It's important to keep gardens maintained, even on vacant sites. Photo of before/after following inspection of vacant building.
